CONCEPTS
After receiving a detailed project brief, we develop and present concept design proposals that include floor plans and elevations, clearly illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any required structural modifications. To further communicate the design vision, we provide comprehensive mood board presentations featuring samples of proposed fabrics and finishes, along with curated imagery of suggested furniture, materials, and bespoke joinery concepts. This ensures a cohesive and well-defined design direction before moving into the execution phase.
Once all concept designs are approved, we move into the design development and detailed design stage. During this phase, we present finalized drawings for bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior architecture, ensuring every element is fully resolved and ready for execution. We also share the final selection of finishes, artworks, accessories, and detailing for client approval. Alongside this, a fully itemized and transparent cost breakdown is provided, giving complete clarity on project scope and budgeting before implementation begins.
During the initial briefing stage, we take the time to understand how the client intends to use the property, along with their personal style, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
